Astral Gymnastics Club has emerged from 10+ years of coaching across many clubs and disciplines. We’ve seen what works, and we’ve seen what doesn’t. So we’ve combined each former club’s fantastic qualities to create one super club – Astral Gymnastics!

When it comes to providing engaging, energetic and fresh enthusiasm for gymnastics, we’ve learnt that the way forwards is:

• new challenging lessons each week

• bust out all of our exciting equipment for every child to use (not just squad members!)

• cap class sizes at 16 children per session so we can always provide high-quality one-on-one time
